Fresh Milk – Sourced from grass-fed cows, boiled, and cooled. Curd Formation – Milk is fermented for 2-3 nights into thick yogurt. Churning – Yogurt is churned to separate butter (makhan). Heating – Butter is slowly heated to release golden ghee. Filtration & Storage – Pure ghee is filtered and stored in food-grade jars.
